We are starting something new in Paso.....

It’s the Paso Supper Club! The idea is very simple really, we are club of cooking enthusiasts who will get together at a chosen members home at least once per month to have a fine dining experience to be enjoyed by all.

The cuisine will be up to the member who’s turn it is that month, all we expect is that quality, freshness and presentation are paramount! This does not mean that you can’t have hamburgers and hot dogs, it just means they should be “fabulous” in quality, originality, freshness and presentation.

Keep an eye on this site for updates on new members and menus for upcoming events. We are going to try to make this an interactive forum where members can submit recipes and new ideas in cooking on an ongoing basis. I really think we can all have a great time with this and learn from each others culinary talents and experiences!!
